Resepi Pizza Aloha Chicken

Ingredients
For the pizza dough:
- 1 1/2 cups of warm water
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of dry yeast
- 1/2 tbsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 cups of all-purpose flour
For the pizza topping:
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup of sliced pineapple
- 2 tbsp of chopped fresh basil
Instructions
To make the pizza dough, mix warm water, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve. Add in the olive oil and flour gradually until it forms a soft dough. Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic. Leave it to rest for an hour in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll out the pizza dough into a desired shape on a floured surface. Spread the tomato sauce on top of the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce. Add the cooked, shredded chicken and sliced pineapple on top of the mozzarella cheese. Drizzle some more tomato sauce on top of the toppings.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top. Leave to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
