3. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it up with a fork and set aside.

4. In a frying pan, fry the chicken wings until golden brown and crispy.

5. In another frying pan, fry the anchovies until crispy.

6. In a small pot, heat up the sambal until it boils.

7. Now, assemble the dish. Place the rice on a plate, and then add the fried chicken wings, sliced cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, crispy anchovies, and roasted peanuts on top.

8. Finally, drizzle some sambal over the dish. Serve hot and enjoy!
