Ingredients
10 egg yolks
4 cups of coconut milk

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into a large mold or individual ramekins and let cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
To serve, invert the mold onto a plate and garnish with your choice of fruits or nuts.
